Four Elements

Sunday Morning Series Originated in Tunisia where the artist took residence in 1965 after his forced exit from his native country Bulgaria. Sunday Morning Series is a vast body of works: paper constructions, charcoal drawings and large wood and bronze sculptures created since his landing in NYC in1971. Now, 40 years later the artist revisits the elements that had nourished his imagination for so long: the Mirror, The Queen, The Falling Star, and the Sky Walker. The presented works from 1973 are the result of his creative journey.
