Paul Kaiser

b. 1956 , El Paso , TX

Paul Kaiser was born in El Paso, Texas, and lived in Europe and California then Hastings, Michigan where he was raised. He is a combat veteran and contemporary artist working primarily in portraiture across a variety of mediums. He is self taught in the arts and attended Columbia University where he majored in Cultural Anthropology. He served both in the Army as a Light Infantry Scout and in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant in Special Operations, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, during Operation Enduring Freedom. Both his education and military experience inform and shape his art. Paul exhibits regularly both in the US and EU and has works in public and private collections world-wide. He is currently living and working in Los Angeles, California.
